- 120g / 4.23oz grated Mozzarella
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Line a baking tray with non-stick silicone paper.
- Make little lines of 120g / 4.23oz grated Mozzarella on the baking tray about 10cm long and 2cm wide, leaving space between each.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool and crisp.
