Ingredients
- 250g / 8.82oz Spelt flour Type 630
- 2 tsp Cream of tartar baking powder
- 250g / 8.82oz Natural yogurt
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix 250g / 8.82oz Spelt flour Type 630, 2 tsp Cream of tartar baking powder, and 250g / 8.82oz Natural yogurt.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface or in a mixer for 5 minutes.
- Form a roll and divide it into 6 equal parts, shaping each into a ball.
- Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Flatten the balls into small discs with your hands.
- Dust with a little flour if the dough is too sticky.
- Preheat a pan over medium heat and bake each bread portion on both sides.
- Watch closely as the bread can darken quickly, turning as needed.
