Ingredients
- 140g / 5oz pitted Medjool dates
- 100g / 3.5oz Rolled oats
Preparation
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine 140g / 5oz pitted Medjool dates and 100g / 3.5oz rolled oats and blend until finely chopped.
- Add in 2 tablespoons water and pulse until sticky.
- Add optional ingredients if desired to change up the flavor and blend to combine.
- Divide and roll the mixture into 12 bliss balls with your hands.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days.
