Ingredients

  • 420g / 15oz Chickpeas
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Drain and rinse 420g / 15oz Chickpeas.
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor with 60ml / 2fl oz water and blend until creamy and smooth.
