3 Egg, 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil, 3 tbsp Water
Preparation
1. Whisk 3 Eggs in a bowl with 3 tbsp Water. Season with black pepper. 2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and drizzle with 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil. 3. Pour in the Egg mixture and gently fold as the bottom sets without stirring. 4. Once half the mixture sets, shake the pan to level it and cook until almost set. 5. Add filling to one half of the omelette and fold over. Cook for 1-2 minutes to melt cheese if using. 6. Serve immediately.
