Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 2 Egg
- 3 tbsp rolled Porridge oats
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
Preparation
- Mash 1 Banana in a high-sided plate using a fork.
- Add 2 Eggs and whisk into the Banana with the fork.
- Measure 3 tbsp rolled Porridge oats into the bowl and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan with 1 tbsp Sunflower oil over high heat.
- Once pan is hot, reduce heat to medium.
- Spoon tablespoons of the mixture onto the pan, neaten into little circles.
- Fry for 1-2 minutes before flipping.
- Cook for another minute until both sides are nicely colored and the pancake has hardened.
