95g / 3.35oz Rolled oats, 250ml / 8.45fl oz Milk, 260g / 9.17oz Greek-style yoghurt, 1 tbsp heaped Chia seeds, 2 tsp heaped Ground cinnamon, 2 tsp heaped Honey
Preparation
1. Mix 95g / 3.35oz Rolled oats, 250ml / 8.45fl oz Milk, 260g / 9.17oz Greek-style yoghurt, 1 heaped tbsp / 14g Chia seeds, 2 heaped tsp / 10g Ground cinnamon, and 2 heaped tsp / 14g Honey together in a large bowl. 2. Scoop into jars, screw on the lids and refrigerate overnight or until ready to serve.
