1. Place 1 peeled, cored and chopped Pear, 0.5 chopped Avocado, 7g tightly packed Baby spinach, a small bunch of Mint leaves, 80g Yoghurt, and a handful of Ice cubes into a blender or smoothie machine. 2. Blend until smooth.
