Ingredients

  • 80g / 2.82oz grated Emmental cheese
  • 300g / 10.58oz Whole grain spelt flour
  • 1 tsp Cream of tartar baking powder
  • 1 tsp Dried pizza herbs
  • 250g / 8.82oz Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/4 diced Green bell pepper
  • 5 diced Cherry tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Wash and finely dice 1/4 diced Green bell pepper and 5 diced Cherry tomatoes. Grate 80g / 2.82oz Emmental cheese.
  3. In a large bowl, mix 300g / 10.58oz Whole grain spelt flour, 1 tsp Cream of tartar baking powder, and 1 tsp Dried pizza herbs. Add 250g / 8.82oz Yogurt, 4 tbsp Olive oil, diced vegetables, and grated cheese. Knead to a smooth dough.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form 10 portions of dough with a spoon, place them on the sheet, and bake for about 25 minutes. Let cool completely before serving.
