Ingredients
- 4 Radish
- 2 Egg
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 slice Whole grain bread
- 1 tbsp chopped Chives
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preparation
- Clean and wash 4 Radishes, then slice thinly.
- Beat 2 Eggs vigorously and season with Salt and Pepper.
- Melt 1 tbsp Butter in a pan.
- Add the egg mixture to the pan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until creamy and shiny.
- Remove from heat and spread on 1 slice Whole grain bread.
- Sprinkle with 1 tbsp chopped Chives.
- Serve with the sliced Radishes.
