- 1 small sprig Mint
- 1 handful fresh or frozen and defrosted Raspberries
- 1200ml / 2 pints Water
- 1 handful fresh or frozen and defrosted Raspberries
- 1200ml / 2 pints Water
Preparation
1. Crush and roll 1 small sprig Mint in your hand to release the oils, then add to a jug containing 1200ml / 2 pints of Water.
2. Put 1 handful fresh or frozen and defrosted Raspberries in a fine sieve and push the fruit through using the back of a spoon into the jug of Water.
3. Stir and let it infuse in the fridge for 10 minutes.
4. Remove the Mint sprig and serve.
