Ingredients
140g / 4.94oz Pitted dates, 150g / 5.29oz Raw cashews or almonds, 20g / 0.7oz Raw cacao powder, 40g / 1.41oz Hemp seeds, 1.5 tbsp Water, Desiccated/dried shredded coconut
Preparation
1. In a food processor or high-speed blender, blitz 140g / 4.94oz Pitted dates and 150g / 5.29oz Raw cashews or almonds until finely chopped. 2. Add 20g / 0.7oz Raw cacao powder and 40g / 1.41oz Hemp seeds, blend further. 3. Add 1.5 tbsp Water, gradually to make the dough sticky. 4. Divide and roll the dough into 14 balls with your hands, then roll in Desiccated/dried shredded coconut, extra seeds or leave uncoated. 5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
