Ingredients
- 500g / 17.6oz 10-20% fat Minced pork
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic granules
- 1 tsp mixed Dried herbs
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp dried Breadcrumbs
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (220°C fan) / 425°F.
- Mix 500g / 17.6oz minced pork, 2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tsp mixed dried herbs, 1 egg, and 3 tbsp dried breadcrumbs in a bowl with black pepper.
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls, then roll into sausages about 10cm / 4in long.
- Place sausages on a lined baking tray, drizzle with oil, and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Turn halfway through cooking for even browning.

Good to know
Ensure sausages are cooked thoroughly with no pink meat inside. Cut sausages lengthways to serve to babies from 6 months. Leftover sausages can be frozen for up to 3 months.
