Ingredients
1/2 medium head shredded Green cabbage, 1 tbsp Curry powder, 2 pinches Fine sea salt, 60ml / 2fl oz Water, 1 tbsp Coconut oil, 1/3 cup chopped White onion
Preparation
1. Heat 1 tbsp Coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Add 1/3 cup chopped White onion and cook until it begins to soften. 3. Add 1/2 medium head shredded Green cabbage and cook for a few minutes, tossing occasionally to ensure all sides are lightly cooked. 4. Add 1 tbsp Curry powder, 2 pinches Fine sea salt, and mix thoroughly, then mix in 60ml / 2fl oz Water. 5. Cover and reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes, until soft but not mushy.
