Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 peeled and thinly sliced Onion
- 100g / 3.52oz grated Carrot
- 125g / 4.41oz cleaned Chicken livers
- 2 peeled
- cored and chopped Apple
- 125ml / 4.23fl oz Chicken stock
- 1 tsp chopped Parsley
Preparation
- Melt 2 tbsp Butter in a saucepan and fry 1 peeled and thinly sliced Onion and 100g / 3.52oz grated Carrot together until very soft.
- Add 125g / 4.41oz cleaned Chicken livers and 2 peeled, cored, and chopped Apples, and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add 125ml / 4.23fl oz Chicken stock and 1 tsp chopped Parsley, simmer for 15 minutes.
- Blend the mixture to the desired consistency.
