2 tbsp Butter, 1 peeled and thinly sliced Onion, 100g / 3.52oz grated Carrot, 125g / 4.41oz cleaned Chicken livers, 2 peeled, cored and chopped Apple, 125ml / 4.23fl oz Chicken stock, 1 tsp chopped Parsley

Preparation

1. Melt 2 tbsp Butter in a saucepan and fry 1 peeled and thinly sliced Onion and 100g / 3.52oz grated Carrot together until very soft. 2. Add 125g / 4.41oz cleaned Chicken livers and 2 peeled, cored, and chopped Apples, and fry for 5 minutes. 3. Add 125ml / 4.23fl oz Chicken stock and 1 tsp chopped Parsley, simmer for 15 minutes. 4. Blend the mixture to the desired consistency.
