Ingredients

120ml / 4.06fl oz Salted, unsweetened peanut butter, 60ml / 2.03fl oz Raw honey, 3 tbsp melted Coconut oil, 4 pitted and roughly chopped Medjool dates, 1 tsp Vanilla extract, 0.25 tsp Kosher salt, 60ml / 2.03fl oz roasted, cooled, and roughly chopped Raw peanuts, 60ml / 2.03fl oz Hulled hemp seeds, 60ml / 2.03fl oz Coconut oil, 40g / 1.41oz Raw cacao or cocoa powder, 2 tbsp Raw honey, Flaky sea salt

Preparation

1. Blend 120ml / 4.06fl oz salted, unsweetened peanut butter, 60ml / 2.03fl oz raw honey, 3 tbsp melted Coconut oil, 4 pitted and roughly chopped Medjool dates, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 0.25 tsp kosher salt in a blender until clumpy. 2. Stir in 60ml / 2.03fl oz roasted, cooled, and roughly chopped raw peanuts and 60ml / 2.03fl oz hulled hemp seeds. 3. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. 4. Melt 60ml / 2.03fl oz coconut oil, whisk in 40g / 1.41oz raw cacao or cocoa powder and 2 tbsp raw honey, then cool for 10 minutes. 5. Roll filling into 20 balls. 6. Roll the balls in chocolate coating, sprinkle with flaky sea salt, and freeze for 1 hour.
