Ingredients
- 1 cup Assorted raw nuts
- 2 tsp Avocado oil
- 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 0.5 tsp ground Garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp ground Ground turmeric
- 0.5 tsp ground Paprika
- 0.125 tsp ground Cayenne pepper
- 0.25 tsp ground Ground chipotle
- 1 tsp Nutritional yeast
- 0.25 tsp Kosher salt
- 0.125 tsp ground Black pepper
- 0.5 tsp Coconut sugar
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Toss 1 cup assorted raw nuts with 1 tsp avocado oil and 2 tsp apple cider vinegar.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and roast for 5-10 minutes until toasted.
- Combine 0.5 tsp garlic powder, 0.25 tsp ground turmeric, 0.5 tsp paprika, 0.125 tsp cayenne pepper, 0.25 tsp ground chipotle, 1 tsp nutritional yeast, 0.25 tsp kosher salt, 0.125 tsp black pepper, and 0.5 tsp coconut sugar in a bowl.
- Toss the roasted nuts in the spice mixture.
- Add 1 tsp avocado oil and season to taste with more salt and black pepper.
- Serve warm or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
