Ingredients

  • 60g / 2oz frozen chopped Spinach
  • 35g / 1oz grated Cheddar
  • 3 Egg
  • 4 slices White bread
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil

Preparation

  1. Microwave 60g / 2oz frozen chopped Spinach for 2 minutes or until defrosted.
  2. Press Spinach to remove excess moisture.
  3. Add Spinach to a plate with 35g / 1oz grated Cheddar and 3 Eggs. Whisk.
  4. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat with 1 tbsp Sunflower oil.
  5. Dip 4 slices of White bread in the mixture, ensuring Spinach and Cheese are on both sides.
  6. Fry each slice for 2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
