Ingredients
- 300g / 10.58oz fresh or frozen Strawberries
- 2 stalks Mint
- 1 organic Lime
- 250ml / 8.45fl oz well chilled Coconut water
- 500ml / 16.91fl oz well chilled Sparkling mineral water
Preparation
- Clean, wash, and pat dry the fresh or thawed frozen Strawberries (300g / 10.58oz).
- Wash and shake dry the Mint (2 stalks), then pluck the leaves.
- Wash the Lime (1 organic) in hot water, dry it, and cut it into thin slices.
- Puree the Strawberries and Coconut water (250ml / 8.45fl oz) in a tall mixing bowl using a hand blender.
- Pour the mixture into a jug, add the Mint leaves and Lime slices, and top up with Sparkling mineral water (500ml / 16.91fl oz).
