120ml / 4.06fl oz raw Coconut oil, 43g / 1.52oz raw Cacao powder, 60ml / 2.03fl oz raw Honey, 50g / 1.76oz toasted Hazelnuts, 1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, 1 tbsp Cacao nibs, 1 tbsp dried Goji berries
Preparation
1. Line a 9 by 12-inch baking sheet or 8 by 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. 2. Heat 120ml / 4.06fl oz raw Coconut oil over medium-low heat until melted. 3. Turn off heat and whisk in 43g / 1.52oz raw Cacao powder and 60ml / 2.03fl oz raw Honey until mixed. 4. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet. 5. Top evenly with 50g / 1.76oz toasted Hazelnuts, 1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, 1 tbsp Cacao nibs, 1 tbsp dried Goji berries. 6. Freeze for 15-20 minutes until firm. 7. Break into pieces and store in the fridge or freezer.
