Ingredients
- 180g / 6oz old-fashioned Rolled oats
- 1 Banana
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 Banana
- 2 tbsp Coconut oil
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Blend 180g / 6oz old-fashioned Rolled oats in a food processor to a fine breadcrumb consistency.
3. Add 1 Banana and 2 tbsp Coconut oil. Blend until combined.
4. Transfer dough to a clean surface and bring together with hands.
5. Flatten to 1.5cm (0.6in) thick and cut into 10 strips. Shape each into a long biscuit.
6. Place on a non-stick baking tray.
7. Bake for 20 minutes, flip, and bake another 10 minutes. Cool completely before serving.
