Ingredients
- 130g / 4.59oz drained Tuna
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 0.5 Onion
- 2 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1.5 tbsp Lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preparation
- Drain 130g / 4.59oz Tuna.
- Half 1 ripe Avocado, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh.
- Peel and finely dice 0.5 Onion.
- Combine Tuna, Avocado, and Onion in a high mixing bowl.
- Puree with a hand blender.
- Stir in 2 tbsp Plain yogurt and 1.5 tbsp Lemon juice.
- Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
