Ingredients
- 250ml / 8.45fl oz Milk
- 1/2 Vanilla bean
- 70g / 2.47oz Spelt semolina
- 1 handful Blueberries
- 1 tbsp ground Ground almonds

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (302°F).
2. Bring 250ml / 8.45fl oz Milk with the seeds of 1/2 Vanilla bean to a boil.
3. Stir in 70g / 2.47oz Spelt semolina and simmer for about 3 minutes over low heat.
4. Spread the semolina mixture about 1 cm thick on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Wash and drain 1 handful Blueberries, halve them if large, and distribute them on the semolina mixture, pressing them in slightly.
6. Sprinkle 1 tbsp Ground almonds over the semolina mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes.
7. Allow to cool and cut into slices.
