Ingredients
- 1 Yellow bell pepper
- 1 handful Arugula
- 2 Whole wheat tortillas
- 80g / 2.82oz double cream Cream cheese
- 50g / 1.76oz thinly sliced Smoked salmon
Preparation
- Halve 1 Yellow bell pepper, clean and wash. Cut the halves into strips.
- Sort, wash, and shake dry 1 handful Arugula, removing coarse stems.
- Spread 80g / 2.82oz double cream Cream cheese on 2 Whole wheat tortillas.
- Top the tortillas with 50g / 1.76oz thinly sliced Smoked salmon.
- Distribute the Arugula and half of the bell pepper strips over the tortillas.
- Roll up the tortillas into wraps and halve them diagonally for serving (or wrap in parchment paper for taking along). Serve the remaining bell pepper strips separately.
