Ingredients
- 850g / 30oz chopped Mixed greens
- 120ml / 4fl oz chopped Tomatoes
- 1 grated Carrot
- 120ml / 4fl oz Asante Sana Dressing
- 30g / 1.05oz toasted
- slivered Almonds
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
Preparation
- Combine 850g / 30oz chopped mixed greens, 120ml / 4fl oz chopped tomatoes, and 1 grated carrot in a large bowl.
- Add 120ml / 4fl oz Asante Sana Dressing.
- Season with sea salt and black pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle 30g / 1.05oz toasted, slivered almonds on top.
- Serve immediately.
