3 ripe Avocado, 80ml / 2.7fl oz medium-hot Salsa, 1 tsp Spirulina powder, 0.25 tsp Cayenne pepper, 2 tsp fresh Lemon juice, to taste Sea salt
Preparation
1. In a large bowl, mash up 3 ripe Avocados with a fork until smooth. 2. Add 80ml / 2.7fl oz medium-hot Salsa, 1 tsp Spirulina powder, 0.25 tsp Cayenne pepper, and 2 tsp fresh Lemon juice. 3. Add Sea salt to taste. 4. Mix well. 5. Serve immediately or cover and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
